We are always seeking compassionate, mission‑driven Registered Nurses to join our growing care teams at ClearSky Health! If you're a dedicated nurse ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to meet you. We are currently seeking Full-Time Charge Nurses on Night Shift.and Day Shift and PRNs on Day Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7. Full Time: Repeating schedule every four weeks; our nurses work one weekend per month and have 7 days off in a row every month.

3 shifts per month, one being a weekend (Sat/Sun). One holiday per year. Base Compensation Range: $37.91-$47/hr depending on years of experience Charge Differential: $3/hr

• Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights ( Mon-Fri ), $3/hr on weekend days ( Sat/Sun ) and $6/hr on weekend nights ( Sat/Sun )

Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital‑level services , comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. You’ll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including: Intravenous therapy Surgical & wound care Tracheostomy management Mobility assistance Lines, tubes, and drains management You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes.

Experience

IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, and drains Schedules: 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay ✔️ What You’ll Need Current RN License (State of TX) CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred 🧡 Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs) Fine and gross motor skills Ability to operate equipment and computer systems Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care Possible exposure to bodily fluids Ready to Make a Difference — and Love Where You Work?
