About this role
Are you a licensed RN with a strong background in home care, home health or hospice? Sencura Homecare, a Joint Commission-accredited provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Administrative Registered Nurse Manager/DON to lead our clinical operations in Northern Virginia.
In this key leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with state and national standards, support caregivers and clients, and play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Virginia
- 2+ years of clinical management experience in home care
- Proficient assessment and care planning skills
- Experience in providing education to Caregivers, CNA and HHA
- Experience with state and/or national compliance standards (Joint Commission or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in WellSky and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to participate in after-hours/weekend calls for emergencies 4 to 6 times per month
