We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.   • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions.
  • Provide catheter care and monitor patients for any complications.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices within the Level I Trauma Center environment.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience in ICU or acute care settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing standards.
