- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices within the Level I Trauma Center environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in ICU or acute care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing standards.
