Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- BLS Certification
- Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Preferred: Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
- Preferred: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
