Registered Nurse RN (Full time Nights)

At SunCloud Health, we understand the importance of comprehensive evaluation, accurate determination of the appropriate level of care based on clinical condition, building integrated care teams around our patient's condition, and providing a healing space—all optimally designed to treat the whole person. We believe integrated and continuous care is the key to helping our patients achieve and maintain long term health and wellness. Primary Responsibilities Include: Monitor patient's medical and psychiatric condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.

Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate with MD/NP. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and function calmly in situations which require a high degree of sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.

Perform routine procedures (vital signs, accu checks, assess pain, administering injections etc.) and document in patients' charts. Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, PPE etc.).

Provide prompt, efficient, and responsive service. Understand and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Implementing evidence-based practices.

Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Supervise and/or train LPNs, PCTs or CNAs. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
