What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support individualized care plans
- Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements
Required
Active LVN license Current BLS certification
Preferred
1+ year of nursing experience
Additional Details
