Registered Nurse (RN) for Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional Age Youth (ACT-TAY) program in Hannibal, MO. Provide high-quality, client-centered nursing services to help youth ages 16-25 navigate their mental health journey. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure tailored care. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, administer medications, maintain records, educate clients and families, coordinate comprehensive care, and work with community partners.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion, empathy, and commitment to providing exceptional care
Familiarity with electronic medical records and relevant software applications
Willingness to expand knowledge and skills in psychiatric nursing through ongoing education and training
Willingness to travel and engage with clients outside the office setting
