Ocala area index 95.2, where 100 is the national average.
Ocala sits in north-central Florida, surrounded by rolling hills and more horse farms than anywhere else in the state. Known as the Horse Capital of the World, it offers a slower pace, mild winters, and easy access to both Gainesville and Orlando. Worth asking
We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through differentials?
- What should I expect for holiday and call?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
