$10,000 sign-on bonus + 100% company-paid medical up to family coverage OR Opt-out of medical insurance for additional compensation of up to $10,000 annually for FT employees.
Compensation Ranges, Including Differentials (if Applicable) By Shift
- Days to Evenings: $40.00-$51.00/hr
- Evenings to Nights: $43.00-$52.00/hr
- Weekend Days to Evenings: $44.00-$54.00/hr
- Weekend Evenings to Overnights: $46.00-$54.00/hr
Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?
The Adolescent Registered Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Document patient information and nursing care in the provision of nursing services. Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility policy. Verify the accuracy of patient records.
Intervention is based on knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures, as well as the plan of care. Provide education to patients and families based on their identified needs and limitations, such as, communication, interpersonal and social skills as well as basic principles of physical health. Document both the nursing interventions on the treatment plan and the patient's response to the intervention.
Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies. Act as the patient's advocate and assure that patient rights are upheld.
Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For
Education
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Licensure
Currently licensed to practice by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing.
Experience

Compensation
