We're hiring experienced *Travel CVICU Registered Nurses (RNs)* for a *13-week travel assignment* in *Cleveland, Ohio*. *Mandatory Requirements to Apply*
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License
- Minimum *18 months of recent CVICU experience*
- Minimum *18 months of combined permanent nursing experience* in the specialty (preferred)
- Previous travel nursing experience may satisfy the recent experience requirement

- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience in a high-acuity Cardiovascular ICU
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Deliver comprehensive critical care to cardiovascular intensive care patients.
- Monitor and assess hemodynamic status while responding rapidly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer IV medications, cardiac drips, blood products, and advanced critical care treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation while following evidence-based critical care and patient safety standards.
