About this role
Accucare Nursing and Home Care Agency, having its corporate office located in Nanuet, New York, provides pediatric home care services, by delivering the highest quality of clinical care through its exemplary field nursing staff, is currently conducting a talent acquisition search for a qualified Nurse candidate to join our team of dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals, for the position of Field RN Nurse Supervisor, working in the Orange and Rockland counties service geographic areas. This is a Hybrid position, with flexible work hours and scheduling as determined by this position's Manager, which requires visits either to patient's homes, at a school/on a school bus when applicable, and/or other service areas, for the purpose of evaluating Field Nurses on their shifts, as well as to complete clinical assessments of the patient(s). In addition, there will be occasional trips to the above noted Agency office in Nanuet.
Responsibilities include managing and coordinating care for assigned pediatric patients, performing on-site supervisory visits to assess patients, families, and evaluating Field Nurses on their shifts.
