In this innovative role, an RN would have the opportunity to care for a wide range of inpatient medical-surgical patients in the patient’s home setting and act as a command center nurse, virtually connecting with the patient from our hub located at SMCF.

What you will do: Utilize Medical Surgical nursing skills to care for a select group of inpatient status patients in the patient’s home setting utilizing remote technology and innovative tools to accomplish your nursing care.
