Registered Nurse for home health care. Provides a broad range of care and support services for patients recovering from a hospital stay, disability, chronic or terminal illness. Consults and develops treatment plans based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment. Provides nursing care and written care plans. Completes clinical and medical documentation on all patients and submits regular patient care progress reports to EMR system.

- Active RN license in California
- RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
- BLS required
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a home health environment
