Job Summary and Qualifications

At Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, we are looking for a resourceful and organized House Supervisor to join our awesome Nursing Administration team! In addition to being responsible for contacting appropriate “on call” administrative staff when indicated, you will also function as the administrative representative after hours/on weekends and supervise department personnel throughout the hospital. • You will must have strong communication skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively

• Providing leadership and direction throughout the hospital during your shift and ensuring effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment is a daily responsibility

• You will guide and be a resource for new employees

• As a member of our team, you must be a strong decision maker and be able to keep patient confidentiality

What qualifications you will need

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Associate Degree

• PRN position

• Must have at least 3 years of house supervisor experience
