About this role

Role: The Staff Nurse provides high-level, patient-centered nursing care within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and supervise team members. Ensure safe medication administration, maintain accurate communication, and create a therapeutic environment. Take initiative for professional growth, uphold hospital standards, and promote a collaborative, safe patient environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Texas RN license, Basic Life Support certification, with at least 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
