What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes

Complete assessments and monitor patient progress

Educate patients and families

Manage plans of care

Partner with the interdisciplinary team

What You’ll Need

Active RN license

1+ year nursing experience; home health preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
