About this role
Role: The Registered Nurse ICU provides high-quality, patient-centered care within a specialized department, collaborating with medical teams to deliver individualized, compassionate treatment.
Responsibilities
Perform procedures, monitor patient status, document care accurately, and educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes. Manage evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes. Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans to promote recovery and ensure holistic patient management.
Qualifications & Skills
RN license, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale certification within specified timeframes. Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within six months of employment. Strong communication, teaching, and teamwork skills are essential.
