The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Wound Care Nurse to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in long term wound care in a nursing & rehab facility.
Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Duties Include but are not limited to
Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times. Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents
Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements/
Qualifications
Must be a self starter, hard working and dedicated professional willing to join our team. Current and valid RN license in the State of NY Active CPR Certificate Point Click a Plus Wound care certification desired Excellent communication skills Experience in LTC preferred but not required Positive attitude and a team player
The salary for this position is negotiable and will depend on experience and qualifications; a full benefits package will also be included.
Salary: up to $135,000 a year (Based on experience)
