About this role
POSITION TITLE: LPN/RN Skilled or Assisted Living. Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all nursing care prescribed and provided to the resident. Provides services in accordance with nurse practice act and state/federal nursing center regulations. Performs admission and periodic assessments on residents. Reviews/revises assessments and care plans. Administers and documents medications. Provides medical treatments as ordered by physician. Supervises and monitors medications for residents who self-administer. Maintains confidentiality of residents' private health information.

- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license in the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR certification
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
