About this role
Voted Richmond Register's 2024 and 2025 Best of the Best Nursing Home, Telford Terrace is a small Skilled Nursing Facility with a total of 42 beds located on the campus of St. Andrews Retirement Community.
As a member of the clinical team, you must understand the mission of Telford Terrace, which is to provide a setting of quality, compassionate care. This care addresses physical, social, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. Care provided demonstrates understanding and commitment to our mission. Residents care and services is always professional, effective, efficient, and based on "treat others as you want to be treated."
The nurse coordinates delivery of resident care for his/her assigned shift, including drug distribution to residents. Participates in achieving departmental objectives in clinical practice, education and ensuring a high standard of the delivery of resident care is maintained. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of Telford Terrace.
