Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Progressive Care Unit at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. Partners with multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver care. Assists with admission and discharge processes, provides coaching and feedback to staff, and assists with staff scheduling. Requires Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred), minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care hospital setting in Progressive Care/IMC/Step Down, valid California RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and NIH Stroke Scale certification.
