Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Weekend Baylor Schedule & Benefits

7pm-7am, every other weekend required

Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred

Utilize effective communication and critical thinking skills to support quality care and team collaboration.

Demonstrate strong teamwork while supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional resident care.

Maintain a positive attitude and remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate.

Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
