The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and state and federal regulations. This role is an essential member of the interdisciplinary care team, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Provide leadership and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
