About this role
*Saint Francis - Manchester *is a non-profit Assisted Living Community at 65 West Clopton St., Richmond.
We are seeking a team of compassionate, dedicated, energetic, detail oriented, skilled, *LPN Floor Nurses on all shifts, (both Full-time or Part Time depending on the desired shift) *to support our Clinical Care department and services. As the Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment. - Must be a trained, qualified and experienced assessor of the VA ALF UAI and ISPs.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the assisted living facility.
- Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other clinical care staff.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to work alternate shifts to cover the floor as needed.
- Willingness to provide cart support as needed.

- Shift differentials: $2/hr 3-11 p.m. & $1.50/hr 11 p.m.-7 a.m.*
Under limited supervision by the Clinical leadership, this role will coordinate and supervise Clinical Care staff and services and provide department leadership second to the ADON. Provide nursing oversight for clinical care services and ensure the provision of safe, quality care for residents. Evaluate the appropriateness of admissions, daily care and changes in residents’ conditions. Assess residents and develop UAIs and ISPs in timely fashion and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of department policies in compliance with the VA Assisted Living Regulations, and while using sound nursing judgement. Promote a positive work environment.
*Work Environment:* Primarily work indoors in a clinical care environment on weekdays and roatating weekends. Yet, since SFM is a 24/7 operation the Nurse Supervisor will also need to be flexible in order to interact with, monitor, and supervise evening, night and weekend shifts and staff. Will need to fill in for clinical staff and shifts to cover the floor when needed.
