We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Regal Heights. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities: Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Adhere to healthcare protocols, standards, and safety guidelines Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities Requirements: Valid nursing license in NY state Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications: NCLEX Certification in a specialized area of nursing (e.g., critical care, oncology, pediatrics) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
