About this role
Belove It Care, a leading provider of in-home skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team. As a split-shift nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to a client requiring consistent daily support and monitoring. Schedule
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Duties &
Responsibilities
Blood glucose monitoring
Insulin administration (with meals)
Medication administration
Wound care (as needed)
Foley catheter care and/or irrigation
Ongoing client assessment
Accurate documentation of care provided
Communication with care team regarding any changes
Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license (Ohio)
Experience with wound care and catheter care preferred
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and professionalism
