Axle is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supporting the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in Rockville, MD. The contractor provides services supporting the Autoimmunity and Mucosal Immunology Branch, working with clinical observational studies and clinical trials in autoimmunity and primary immune deficiency. Duties include monitoring clinical data collection, participating in clinical practice and research support meetings, recruiting and screening patients for clinical trials, performing assessments and physicals, administering protocol consents, contributing to IRB and regulatory matters, coordinating adverse event reporting, performing data input and management, participating in data analysis and manuscript preparation, training and mentoring staff, and developing new research protocols.
