- Starting hourly pay: $38.02 - $43.05
- $1/hr each for CHPN/WCC
- Generous weekend differential of $5/hr

Primary RN
Duties
*
- Primary Registered Nurse (RN) have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.
- In addition to having strong clinical skills, they are generalists on all diseases and specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking.
- Hospice Nurses are “teachers” – helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member.
- The Primary Registered Nurse (RN) has a weekday schedule, of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call. There is flexibility in arranging your daily schedule, which provides a work/life balance allowing time for personal needs.

Who Should Apply?
- RN’s with a minimum of one year acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER or other acute or home health setting experience
- RN’s with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment
