Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Walk-In Clinic, and Endocrinology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience across various medical settings. This role requires proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize EMR systems for patient records management

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
