This role is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and culture of the branch, fostering an environment of excellence, compliance, and teamwork. The Executive Director/Administrator oversees and directs all clinical and office operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, productivity, and efficient use of resources. This position works closely with leadership and staff to maintain regulatory compliance, drive performance outcomes, and support sustainable branch growth.
