We’re looking for dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Role as a CNA

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.

A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.

Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
