Requirements

  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
  • Previous experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Sub-acute care experience
  • Clinical staff performance evaluation
  • Medication safety and administration compliance
  • Transitional care coordination
