Job Overview
Dahl Memorial Healthcare, a 25-bed critical access hospital, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. Experience with Thrive EMR, medical documentation, and assisting in specialized procedures in a critical access setting is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians/providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Assist in medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records using Thrive EMR.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Experience
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana, or able to obtain license.
- New grads welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in Thrive EMR or similar electronic health record systems preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
