Registered Nurse (RN) FT inpt days psych

This position promotes and restores patient's mental health in a safe and therapeutic environment through direct nursing care to assigned patients within the nursing process. RN's participate in the care plans of our patients and their wrap around services. They provide physical and psychological support to our patients and provide clinical leadership for other staff on the unit.

Our RN's maintain a hopeful and positive attitude in problem-solving and coping, while promoting and maintaining a harmonious and effective relationships and communications with the patients. Hourly- $41.12- $76.24 based on the union scale for experience

• Shift Differentials: $4.25 nights and $3.00 weekends

Associate degree in nursing, BSN preferred. Current Washington State license without restrictions or accepted compact license One year inpatient psychiatric nursing experience required Candidate should possess strong nursing assessment skills Basic Life Support (BLS) card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
