Summary
Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions. Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient. Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients. Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.
Requirements
RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 1-year(s) exp. BLS, PALS, and ACLS required.
Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
