- FTE: 0.8 (32 hours/week)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule
Monday – Friday with rotating days off, no weekends, holidays, or call obligation Starting Pay: $31.98/hour (higher based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives on building relationships and creating positive experiences for patients and teammates . This position serves as a float RN across three clinics, providing essential patient care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Serve primarily in Holmen and Galesville clinics with occasional support at Ashley Wellness Clinic in Arcadia
Telephone triage and in-basket work
Nurse-only visits (e.g., suture removal, catheter changes, blood pressure checks)
Follow-up on lab and INR results
Patient outreach for diabetes and blood pressure management
Perform Medical Annual Wellness visits
Collaborate closely with clinicians, medical assistants, and patient liaisons
What You Need
Associate degree in nursing (minimum); BSN preferred
RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment
Comfortable with basic nursing procedures (suture removal, catheter changes)
