Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents while supporting and guiding our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing nursing services for compliance, supervising nursing staff, participating in facility surveys, assisting with discharge plans, conducting regular rounds, addressing concerns, welcoming new residents, accompanying physicians on rounds, monitoring medication administration, providing direct nursing care, and assisting with performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs.

Requirements
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
Ability to make independent decisions and handle situations professionally
Thorough knowledge of nursing procedures, regulations, and standards in long-term care
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Experience with developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
Willingness to adopt new practices and continuously improve care delivery
