Active and unrestricted CNA certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Shrewsbury you will:
Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and living areas
Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
Accurately document care provided and resident observations
Encourage resident independence, dignity, and social engagement
Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
