We are a dynamic and resident-focused nursing facility in Rowlett seeking a dedicated and compassionate *LVN or RN* to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to both long-term and skilled nursing residents.

Overview

* The selected candidate will serve as a nurse on one of our long-term care halls, providing comprehensive nursing care while also supporting the needs of skilled patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
  • Manage and support skilled nursing patients, including treatments and monitoring
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Respond effectively to changes in resident condition

  • Current, active *LVN or RN license* in the state of Texas
  • Experience in long-term care required
  • Experience with skilled nursing patients strongly preferred
