We are a dynamic and resident-focused nursing facility in Rowlett seeking a dedicated and compassionate *LVN or RN* to join our team. Overview
* The selected candidate will serve as a nurse on one of our long-term care halls, providing comprehensive nursing care while also supporting the needs of skilled patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Manage and support skilled nursing patients, including treatments and monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond effectively to changes in resident condition
