Etairos Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing pediatric home health program. In this non-direct care position, you’ll play a critical role in training family caregivers, evaluating clinical competency, and ensuring the highest standards of care for medically fragile children in their homes.

Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on Pediatric Skills Training sessions for Family Home Health Aides (FHHAs) on a recurring schedule.
Perform field competency evaluations to ensure aides are compliant and confident in delivering safe care.
Complete Supervisory Visits and Care Plan Placements (CPPs) for pediatric and adult clients during non-training weeks.
Review and update care plans in collaboration with families, aides, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate and timely training records, evaluations, and supervision notes.
Serve as a clinical resource and liaison for caregivers, families, and agency staff on pediatric care practices.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home health or hospital-based preferred).
Experience in training, clinical instruction, or staff supervision is strongly preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification (PALS a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally for field visits.
