We are seeking a highly motivated, *critical-thinking Registered Nurse (RN)* to join the development and implementation of an innovative *Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program serving rural Oklahoma*.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, developing new processes, and helping build a healthcare program from the ground up.
