The Role We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team for full-time 12-hour shifts. Whether you thrive on the bright energy of Day Shift (7a–7p) or prefer the steady rhythm of Night Shift (7p–7a), you will play a crucial role on our floor. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, support our CNAs, and build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Direct Resident Care: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and wound care accurately and in compliance with state standards and physician orders. Clinical Monitoring: Perform ongoing health assessments, track vital signs, document changes in condition, and communicate updates to attending physicians and family members. Team Support: Provide direct clinical guidance, delegation, and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your shift. Care Planning: Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date electronic care plans and medical records. Smooth Handovers: Participate in thorough shift reports to ensure seamless continuity of care between 12-hour shift transitions. Qualifications Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of South Carolina (or a valid compact state license). Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required. Experience: Previous LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Assisted Living setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
