Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC is hiring an RN (Registered Nurse) to join our Resource Pool team!

Position overview

You will choose at least two (2) specialties to work and will be assigned based on the needs of the department: MS, IMCU, Med-Tele, ICU, ED Flexi/PRN, Days Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program Certification/Licensure Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience 18 months of recent experience in specialty area Keyword: Talroo-Nursing, Monster, Resource Pool, Float Pool, Med Surg, Medical Surgical, Med-Tele, Medical Telemetry, IMCU, Intermediate Care, ICU, Intensive Care, ED, Emergency Room, Emergency Department

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as

• shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
