True North Pennypack Pediatrics in Philadelphia, PA 19152 is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse whose primary responsibility will be phone triage. In addition to phone triage, this LPN should also be comfortable performing the duties listed below.

Job description

Busy pediatric office is looking to add a full-time triage LPN to our team. We need team players with flexibility in scheduling. Triage experience is required.

Duties will include

Assist in the collection of patient/family data to enter in the EMR. Room patient and record vitals. Assist the provider, as directed, during treatments, exams, and testing as directed by the provider and within the scope of practice. Administer medication and immunizations as directed by the provider per practice protocol. Support patient/families in selfmanagement of their health through assisting with education. Collect and processes specimens according to the manufacturer’s instructions and using proper technique.
