We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)
Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Resident assessments and monitoring
- Documentation and communication with healthcare providers
- Support care planning and family communication
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN/ RN license
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
