As a Registered Nurse at The Palms at Sebring, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications, treatments, and therapies, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation.
