We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care and the well-being of our residents while managing and supporting a dedicated team of nurses and staff.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate nursing staff and activities within the assigned unit. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents. Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of residents. Monitor and evaluate patient health statuses, adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and positive team environment. Oversee documentation, including resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
