Pay Range $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes
- shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Observe residents and report changes in condition.
Complete assessments and maintain accurate electronic records.
Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other team members.
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts LPN license required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
