Location: Bucks County, PA
Pay: $37 (LPN), $52 (RN)
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time (Seven Nights/week)
RN/LPN Needed – ODP Home Care Client – Bucks County, PA
NO PETS, NO PERFUME, TRACH CARE PROFICIENT, NO JEWERY.
Prolific Homecare is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one nursing care for a Developmentally Disabled (ODP) client in Bucks County, PA.
Client Care
Responsibilities:
Provide tracheostomy care, including suctioning as needed
Manage G-J tube care for medication administration, feedings, and hydration
Deliver complete dependent patient care and assist with all activities of daily living
Monitor patient condition and maintain a safe, comfortable environment
Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications &
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania
Experience with trach care and G-J tube management preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Professional, reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
Ability to provide attentive, hands-on care in a home setting
Working knowledge of 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100, ISP processes, and ODP incident management preferred, or willingness to complete training
Successful completion of required Pennsylvania background clearances, including PATCH, FBI Fingerprinting, and or Child Abuse Clearance
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician’s orders and care plan
Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of the client at all times
Observe, report, and document any changes in the client’s condition
Maintain compliance with ODP regulations, agency policies, and documentation standards
Collaborate with family members, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to support quality care outcomes
