Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team! As a Registered Nurse at Alpine Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working alongside a supportive, resident-centered leadership team. We are a proud New Hampshire-only provider focused on quality, connection, and community.
Key
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes
Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff

Day Shift: 7:00 A. M - 7:00 P. M Night Shift: 7:00 P. M - 7:00 A. M

Requirements
Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
